The Legacy Challenge will provide a cash match for donors who document new or increased planned gift documents to support UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.

As a planned giving donor, you can direct matching funds (equal to 10% of the value of your planned gift, up to $100,000 match) to support clinical care, research, patient experience, or community health.

How does the Legacy Challenge work?

1. Include UPMC Children’s Hospital Foundation in your will, trust, or beneficiary designation.

2. Tell us about your future gift by returning the “Confidential Statement of Planned Gift” form.

3. Trigger an immediate cash match in your name-which you may then direct to one of the following funds: clinical care, research, patient experience, or community health. Each gift is eligible for a match of 10% of the value of the estate gift (up to a $100,000 match).
